Make your skills look like talent

Lately we talk a lot about Assignment help service the skills that workers have or should have; however, I think we tend to confuse what is skill and what is talent. We all have some kind of skill and also talent, but they do not always have to coincide and, much less, we emphasize precisely what we are good at doing.  Talent is innate. They are a series of skills, characteristics or outstanding skills of a person to perform a specific task. That is, the ability we have to stand out from the rest in doing something determined or to learn to do something defined before the others. 



We find a lot of examples in the world of Art-Beethoven in music, Goya in the pictorial, Michelangelo in sculpture, Cervantes in writing, Montserrat CaballĂ© in lyrical singing, etc.-  We develop the ability when we strive to do something that we like very much, even we are passionate, but it is not an aptitude that we have been born with and, therefore, we have to practice a lot to get good.  Once this 'small' difference is pointed out, I believe that with effort we can make the skills look like talent. The key lies in time. While a talented person spends little time learning something, a person who works that skill spends more time learning and practicing it, but can do as well as the gifted.  I am sure that all the dancers of the Bolshoi Ballet, one of the most famous in the world, do not cost the same to become stars of this art. Some will have to train many more hours than others, but when they act we can not distinguish which of them is the one that has dedicated the least hours, since they all transmit the same passion and perfection.

In a company, talent is the differential value par excellence. That is why all companies struggle to attract the best talent to their teams. Talent that, of course, is distributed in all the "tasks" that take place in it, not only to high positions.  From the point of view of the hiring party: do you imagine that your company is made up of people who are not only able to do their work perfectly, but also like and get the best out of it? It would be amazing! For the moment, I think it's something utopian, at least in companies with a considerable number of employees, but I do not rule out that in the future it can be achieved.  From the point of view of the part that seeks work: Can you imagine that it is the companies that come looking for you and not that you are the one who has to send thousands of CVs to find a job?  If you are looking for a job, I recommend that you first dedicate some time to find out what you really like, even if you think you are not qualified for it. And, once you're convinced, look for who or what can help you achieve your goals.
